At Hanoi on Manning, we are committed to delivering authentic Vietnamese cuisine prepared and cooked with fresh, well selected ingredients and lots of love.
We are a popular family-run Vietnamese restaurant operating in Kiama since 2009 with a relaxing working environment. We are one big family at Hanoi on Manning where everyone is treated like a family member.
Victor is our stir fry chef and a witty uncle who loves food and inspires us enormously with his rich experience in food preparation and cooking. He has been with us since we opened in 2009.
Nira is our caring sister and a great cook who makes the best Hanoian style spring rolls since our opening also.
William, who recently joined the Hanoi on Manning family just over a year ago brings in so much more energy to our kitchen. He makes a super scallop with ginger and shallot dish that we put on special board at times.
Hoa is a self-taught cook and has been cooking Vietnamese food for over 10 years. Hoa is passionate about making good Vietnamese food.
Come and join our Hanoi family where you will not only find a great team to work with, but you will also learn from our highly experienced chefs and cooks. Our kitchen team’s combined cooking experience is more than 60 years in Asian cuisines with emphasis on Vietnamese cuisine.
We are currently offering traineeships and apprenticeships to candidates who are passionate about cooking and wanting to learn how to make Vietnamese food. These positions are available 1st-year or 2nd-year apprenticeship chefs. You will work alongside with our qualified chefs assisting in all aspects of Vietnamese food preparation and presentation.
